The owner picks the right plan and seat mix, works through the settings that protect the business (feedback and training, retention, memory, connectors, sharing, domain and sign-in), and builds shared Projects. Staff learn one rule (company work only in company accounts) and the habits that go with it, then use Docs, Slides, Design, Dashboards and connectors sensibly. The owner also sets a ceiling on usage costs and claims the monthly API credits the Team plan includes. It ends with a 30-day check of seats, costs, settings and what the team is actually using.
