Most people use AI one message at a time. This course teaches office managers and AI champions to hand Claude Cowork a whole job instead, using a one-page brief that covers the goal, inputs, format, limits and what to ask about. You'll finish three real jobs from start to end: a monthly report built from spreadsheet copies, a slide deck or document built from rough notes, and a folder cleanup or batch job with a written list of what it may and may not touch. Cowork always works on copies, and a person reviews and releases every result. The last lesson covers the Team plan admin settings, what the move to one combined Chat and Cowork experience means for you, and what your monitoring logs may contain.
