Most small businesses already pay for some AI in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace without knowing it. This short workshop starts there, then compares the business plans of Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini on price per seat, seat minimums, training on your data, admin controls, sharing and what's included. You sort your team into who needs a paid seat and who can use the AI already included, then work out the real monthly cost for 5, 10 or 20 people. It is not a vendor ranking, because the answer depends on what you already use. You finish with a one-page plan decision, a 'one company account' rule and a 60-day review on the calendar.
