Wix opens Studio Two, an AI website editor whose sites can be exported as code and hosted elsewhere
Wix announced Studio Two on Nov. 2, a new editor for agencies and web professionals that combines building with its Aria 2.0 AI agent, drag-and-drop design and standard React code. Projects can be exported, worked on in other coding tools and brought back in, and finished sites can run on Wix or on other hosting. It is rolling out to Wix Partners first, then gradually to all users, and existing Studio sites stay supported.
Why it matters to a business like yours
Your website is where a search turns into a phone call or a booked visit, and whoever builds it controls how easily you can move it later. If an agency looks after your site, ask whether they plan to use Studio Two and whether you could take the site's code with you if you ever switch.
