Every business has jobs only one person knows how to do. Have them talk it through, then let Claude turn it into a checklist the next person can follow.

- Record the person explaining the job, start to finish, in their own words.
- Paste the transcript with the prompt.
- Have the person read the checklist and fix what's wrong.

Here is someone explaining how they do a job: [paste]. Turn it into a numbered checklist a new employee could follow. Keep their words where you can, mark any step that sounds like a judgment call, and list questions where the steps are unclear.
