The job: Turn a job you do every week into a fill-in-the-blanks prompt
Once a chat gets a weekly job right, don't rebuild it from scratch next week. Ask Claude to boil the whole chat down to one reusable prompt with blanks, then keep it where your team can find it.
How
- Finish a chat where Claude did a repeat job well, like a reminder email or a job summary.
- Use the prompt below in that same chat.
- Paste the result into a shared document called "Prompts that work" and note who uses it.

That worked. Write me one prompt I can reuse for this job next time. Put [BLANKS] where the details change, include the rules we settled on, and keep it under 150 words.
